BLACK OAK THURSDAY GROUP RIDES

Are you familiar with the local countryside? Would you like to get to know the bridle trails?

Black Oak Stables will be hosting a weekly group ride on Thursdays at 8 AM.

Join a quiet guided walk/trot hack through a different trail system each week : Groton House Farm, Turner Hill Farm, Massey Woods, Appleton Farms, Bradley Palmer, Brick Ends Farm and Pingree Woods. Horses and riders should be prepared to cross water, bridges, and roads and to encounter normal park activities.

Trailer parking will be along the north side of Winthrop St. (on the right coming in from Highland St.) Meet in the Black Oak sand ring.

Requirements:

· All horses must be equipped in appropriate tack to maintain comfort and control.

· All riders must sign the Black Oak Release Form.

· All riders must wear helmets and have a mask on their person.
